"Melting Pot" reflects a society in continual transformation, shaped by conflict, migration, shifting identities, and the complexities of coexistence. Rather than seeking to explain these realities, the project translates their emotional force into colour, light, and form.
Across the images, colours meet, overlap, resist, dissolve, and collide. Some combinations appear harmonious, while others remain unstable or tense. These encounters evoke the fragile balance between belonging and difference, closeness and separation, unity and rupture.
Through blur, diffusion, reflections, and layered light, recognisable forms begin to dissolve. What remains is a field of movement and pressure in which colour becomes a metaphor for how societies negotiate difference, transform, and, at times, fracture.
